I went to M&S this evening to buy some biscuits and chocolate for my colleagues. Giving gifts at the end of the year is like the traditional of our company. I kinda like this traditional. Perhaps, you have almost never talked to a colleague all over the year, maybe you don't know what to talk because of large age gap problem or other reasons. But in the end of every year, you go to that colleague's desk, give a gift, smile and say "happy new year". Oh! It's good moment, really.
